During a casual conversation a couple months ago, I had mentioned to Elissa I was struggling with sleep issues and annoying headaches. Elissa offered a session to determine if negative emotion may be a contributing factor. Skeptical, I agreed to meet. Since then, I have seen Elissa on a couple visits. During the first meeting, Elissa stated, described, and explained several emotions from my personal past, that I did not realize were affecting my daily life. Elissa then guided me on how to not only deal with my emotions, but to release their influence on my life. Since my initial session I now have consistent and greatly improved sleep patterns with no headaches.

Elissa has truly been a blessing to me at the right time. I believe the Lord brought her into my life so that I could have her help me find and focus on removing a generational issue.
